“I was given the option to pay extra money for hot/hard wax instead of strip wax to be used for the Hollywood wax, which I agreed to. This hot/hard wax was incredibly hot (I mentioned it and was told it needed to be so) and took at least two minutes to become dry-enough before it was pulled off, which can become tiring when you have to contort your body into various awkward shapes. I’ve had hot/hard wax hair removal experiences in the past and recall it being pulled off within 30 seconds.”
